No. They were just sitting in the garage so I put them back on and kind of like them now.

Good idea number3shot. I have seen a lot of cracked front fenders. Plus I figure if I can get the guards through a hole the rest should fit just fine.

Purplewg, as usual you are right on the money! I too would rather scrape the fender guards then crack the fender. Fendeer guards are easy to touch up and as you stated a great item for insuring the rest of the machine will fit. Going into the woods quite often I would not be without them! "Number3shot" I am glad you put them back on, just may save yourself a bunch of money.

I oredered a set yesterday. $180. plus tax. I think they would install them for that price, but not worth loading on my low boy. I will install myself. As info.

Insallation is basically a no-brainer. Would be a lot more trouble to take the gator to the dealer than install the guards.

My front fenders are in. Easy directions. STILL NOT INSTALLED!

If you buy the fender guards and pick them up at a John Deere dealer, open the box before you leave. Looks like the second packet of 10 x 20 mm self taping bolts leaked out thru a hole in the box while in UPS hands. I was going to drill. It iwll not look good. I went to a couple hardware stores without success. Hoping John Deere dealer gets the bolts for me tomorrow. Not my dealer's fault. I know better when you buy something and it has a UPS squish look and openings.

Just hanging on loose they really make the front and side of the machine finished. I ordered the rear package of bumper and fender guards.:cool::Thmup::BG::Chers::BG:
