Herculiner

I was fortunate enough to have the lady friend offer to do my Herculiner. I am allergic to Urethane fumes and she volunteered to do it while I was out of town this weekend. She took it apart, taped it up and applied it and did a great job.:BG:

She did the bed and floor boards for me.

Found Herculiner - HCL1B8 - Brush-on Bed Liner Kit
at amazon for $78.46, that should do 2 coats on a 6' pickup bed. :BG:

I bought the 1 gallon kit at ACE Hardware for $79. Best price I have seen on the gallon kit. You get a couple rollers and a brush and scubby in the kit. Brush the seams and corners and then roll the flat areas. The rollers give the textured finish. This stuff is pretty tough. No rubber mat needed in the bed. If it gets dirty, just lift the bed and hose it out without worry of rusting. I have enough left over to coat some other stuff that I need to identify as once the can is opened it don't have a long shelf life.

I don't think a quart will do it and she did put two coats on mine. She said it looked far better with the second coat.
