Hello Fire Gator,

While I have flooded out many times on ATVs and a UTV (or three), unfortunately, I don't have first hand experience with the water crossing or extreme mud handling characteristics of the 2011 Gator 825i XUV. However, if you haven't checked out this video from Deere's engineers, you might be surprised at how they designed this beast.

We in the emergency services world don't operate our off-road utility vehicles at the speeds these guys do. So, I can't imagine the Gator 825i XUV will do anything but perform exceptionally well during off road emergency responses when outfitted with a FireLite Fire/Rescue insert, or a MedLite EMS/Rescue insert.
