Does John Deere sell spacers to widen the stance on a 825i?
I want to use my Gator in 30" row crops.

Not sure. There should be someone with spacers for all types of lug patterns out there. I'll research

thanks 825joe, ......I was looking for JD spacers because I didn't want to void the warranty on the Gator. But I probably need to be open to other suggestions. I see there is a seller on ebay that will custom make spacers for about $360 for the set of 4 spacers. I am looking for a 2 inch wider stance on each wheel.

That is probobly the route to go with bud. I don't see any spacers from JD. As for the warranty. Unless the spacers directly cause a failure I wouldn't worry. The only thing the spacers might do is wear out the wheel bearings and ball joints a bit faster due to the displaced stress from moving the wheel outward.

It would be worse for the wheel bearings than the balljoints. Spacers move the unsprung weight of the wheel outward, increasing the load on the bearings.

dealer told me with the new A-arms, vs. struts , you can run the spacers no problem. more vertical wheel travel = less wear w/spacers

TIA We have a local machine shop making them for us. 2 inch aluminum spacers with bolts $360.00 not including shipping. Contact Vosberg enterprise Farnhamville Ia, 515-544-3635 and ask for Jeff.

There's more involved in making them than you think, They have to be perfectly balanced.

You know come to think of it. Yamaha charges 169 for just 2 on the rhino so The price is right. Didn't think about it like that.

The tread centers on the 825i are 44.8 inches in the front and 47.9 inches in the rear, so they should run down 30" rows with no problem, without spacers.

thats true someone else on here forgot who, said they run 30 in rows no problem.
