Hand Brake problems

On my new 825i, I have been having problems with the hand brake not holding on hills, is there a adjustment, and where is it located? I hate having to put a rock behind the tire. Is anybody else having this problem?

under the seat their is an adjustment nut for the tension. Is the handle not getting tight when you pull it up?

Brake handle when lifted has little resistance. I believe I need to adjust the cable travel.

should be an easy fix then. Bench seat or bucket. if bench then its simple its right under the center part.
