The lights just arrived for the next project. Custom Light Bar. 5 100 watt Dick Cepek lights. Im going to do a H3 HID bulb replacement to ease on the current draw. This should throw some serious light! More pics to come as it progresses.

Bet it will light it up. I only have two 100W 6 inches up on mine and two 4 inch 55W on the brush guard. I call them my Diller lights. lol

Yea I'm going a little overkill, but the lights were cheap off ebay and the H3 HID conversion kits are about $50 a piece. Thats alot cheaper then buying HID lights straight up. I'm going to weld a light bar similar to the Seizmik???? bar. I'm also thinking of welding together a side box for an extra battery. After the lights it's "Project Stereo". I'll post pics as it progresses.

I did the project stereo first. lol I would like to see how you do the spare battery deal. One of these days I will convert my 100W lamps to HID. Probably when the first Halogen burns out.

You can buy a dual battery isolator for cheap. Should work fine. There should be plenty of room for another battery.

Yea I think I will need one with all the lights and stereo. This link gave me some ideas about the H3 conversion. http://www.thenewx.org/forum/showthread.php?t=25215

It's been awhile, but here is an update on the light bar and stereo. I got the bars welded together, just lack adding the light tabs. A good grinding, bondo and paint should make it look good. I added a cd player in the dash and a pair of Boston Acoustic 6.5's under the dash. They fit perfectly and sound pretty good for being under the dash. The amp I wanted to use is too large, but I have a smaller one I plan on fabbing in behind the glove box area. I just finished adding the Sirius removable unit with its antenna hidden and the power supply wired in. A switch was added to keep the cd player from draining the battery. Slowly starting to get some of the projects finished. More pics to come.

I would also like to know how the extra battery goes. On myrhino under the hood I had an battery isolator and a deep cycle battery. On the gator I would like that also but where do you put it?? In the bed I can see but it would have to be in a metal box or something to protect it also about dumping......need extra cord so you can dump it right

Yea you would have to build a box or buy the John Deere Toolbox (which I think is pretty cool) if you want it in the bed. The power cables would have to be routed properly to compensate for the bed in full lift. I like the idea of a box similar to the Seizmik box that mounts on the passenger side frame rail. I also found an air tank that fits perfectly on the driver side frame rail to add some onboard air. Here is a shot of the tank. I'll either paint it black or Al's Liner it. An air actuated dump would be interesting. Ha Ha.

OK guys, I have not seen a design for an onboard "WET BAR"? Is that coming soon?

I'm thinking the front rack for the wet bar. Might need some outriggers on the bed for the stripper pole, some of them girls generate a lot of torque.
