New to the forum.. Lots of good info here.. Need Info... I have a 2011 825i I have noticed that during bulb check when you first turn on the ignition and during clock set up there is a display for ambient temp. It shows -122 degrees which is what a thermistor does when open but the display goes away during normal operation. Was wondering if anyone has this display functional or is it an Idea John Deere decided not to turn on.. It would be awsome if we could get that to display to operate... Any help would be appreciated..

How? I just have a blank spot in between the time and other side. The box is outlined but no temp. When you adjust the clock it shows up. How do you get it to stay on?

I was at the dealer today, their "factory trained expert" was unaware of this and promised to investigate including calling JD dealer support to find out if there is a way he can turn this on for me. Details to follow !

One thing about Texas this time of year, "We don't need no stink'in gauges", it's close to 100 degrees everyday, because it's HOT HOT HOT.

There is also a provision for a fuel level gauge in the instrument cluster.

There is a display for fuel level and temperature. I called deere when I got my gator back last July about why they were there. They just told me there was no hookup for the temperature or the fuel. The only thing I could figure out was this display is used in other John Deere products that use the fuel level display and or the temp display. I think it would be great if both worked.

I think the guy who posted that he got his working was a bit confused to say the least lol or yanking our chain. I agree the display could be used in something with a temp gauge. That has to be it because there is absolutely no literature on it at all anywhere.
