2009 Gator XUD w/154hrs, performs great until engine warms up then it loses acceleration, stumbles and has no power and needs to be limped home.
Starts and idles fine warm or cold. Ideas????

I don't know where you are located but diesel fuel really attracts moisture. If you are not running Power Service year round you should. It sounds like to me you may have an algae build up in the fuel system somewhere. First thing I would look at is the petcock if it has one. My tractors have a screen on the petcock and get a tar looking substance build up on them (algae).

Hey sorry, this is the 600 series XUV w/a gas Kawasaki engine, i tested fuel for water and checked tank screen for debris. No water, no gunk, and No service lights flashing when stumbling.

Check the fuel tank vent hose for obstruction or pinch spot, that will cause the problem you are having.

I saw XUD and assumed a Diesel.

Sry for the mix up. Thnx for the fuel vent tip, but i ran i primer line direct from gas tank and it runs fine no issues, ordered a new fuel pump and will be checking vent hose routing when i install new pump.

Sounds like a fuel pump issue to me, not had a gator with this symptom but several cars.
