I bought an old AMT 600 from a friend who didn't have a manual, didn't have time to give me much direction, and I still need to order a manual, but in the meantime, do I use ATF or what in the transmission?

Well............ I always used tractor hydraulic/transmission fluid in mine and never had an issue.
