Have not been on the Forum for the past week as I traveled to Havelock, NC to view a home. Home is located in a beautiful location called Cypress Bay. Upscaled area with 21 homes located near the water. We loved the home and put it under contract. Now to sell the farm here in Maine. We have two very potential buyers, one just left about thirty minutes ago after a second viewing in five days. We are praying that things move quickly.
We will never have what we do now but it is the right time to down size and enjoy our years.
Wish us good luck my friends.

WOEII, you are exactly right! I spent all of last week there and saw more individuals riding golf carts and the like around the shore lines. The 825i will turn a few heads I bet! We are very excited to say the least. A very huge move going from a farm with many outbuildings to a fairly large home with only a 2 bay garage, thank God for the two large out buildings that will house the gator and John Deere diesel lawnmore. NO more shoveling snow, no more stacking firewood and no more heating bills. Home has geothermal heating and cooling system. Will have a company install chainlink fencing in the entire back of the home as there are many little bunnies running around, my K9 (Czar) does not understand bunnies and would be el gone O! Once settled in days will be spent exploring new civil war and metal detecting areas. Of course up and down the surf with the 825i.

Behind the home is 2 very well built work shops, both more then large enough for the Gator and other equipment. I look forward to driving up and down the sandy shores.

Thanks guys! We are looking forward to relocating. Fishing is great and of course I will be back with the Marines of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. I was stationed there just after Viet Nam, I was young so I was a Marine during the day and a fool at night. Never got to appreciate the people or the area. Much older and wiser I can see much more today.

Thank you all for the kind words and wishes. The wife and I are very excited, a little scared but excited to move on. Down sizing quite abit, going from a set of building where I can park ELEVEN vehicles insde to a two car garage! We have a 4 level barn, tie-up, second 50 foot barn for equipment, guest house and so on. All looks great and it was a lot of work over the past two decades but it's also a lot of work in upkeep. Time to let a younger family do it. We are going to have an auction as we are selling off all the contents excpet pictures/books/paintings/some tools/Impala SS/Gator/Gator trailers and a few other odds and ends. Will start new in NC. The 825i will run just great along the shore line of NC.

The WOEII would scam you out of everything for $.05.
