Stuck in Gear

I was curious in anyone else has experienced this. I have a 2011 625i. If I turn it off in low gear, about half of the time I have to rock the whole machine to get the shifter in neutral to start it. Any one else exoerienced this? Fix?

that is normal. when u have shut it off in gear it going to be hard getting out and must be rocked to make the gears mesh up to be able to move back to neutral. them engine in running the gears are move with make for a easy slide from neutral to high low or revers

Especially hard when stopped in low range.
