OK, so a friend just told me they saw my engine on this forum. I am curious as to know how it got posted here, not that I care, but curious as to why someone is posting it as their own?! Anyways, for anyone wanting to see more pictures of the car, feel free to email me.

Also, as for the battery, it is re-routed into the trunk, I was still working on it in that picture.

If I had to guess I'd say its because your motor is green and yellow, and I'm sure he just borrowed the caption to go along with the photo.

Yeah, well I posted it in a John Deere group on Facebook. However, didn't think people would just take pics and upload them in other forums and such. My theme is John Deere.

I'm sure there was no intent of stealing your pic....basically, if you have pictures on the internet in a public forum, then that's pretty much fair game for anyone to copy them...I didn't say it was the right way to do it, because it would have been polite to ask if you'd mind if the person borrowed one of your images....the way I have seen on various motorcycle forums, if a pic is borrowed and the person says something about it, most time's they will take it down without any questions asked....

This is a John Deere Gator Forum....we like things Green and Yellow....and I enjoyed seeing your car's engine when it got posted here...I'm sure that there was no malice intended....

Take a look around the Forum...you might enjoy some of the other pics that have been posted...we're just a bunch of people who are passionate about our Gators, and we like to show them off and see other's too....Since you are into the "Deere" thing, I think you'll see what I mean....

take care...

I think your looking for me! :OhNoes:

I can't remember where I found this picture but wanted to share it with the forum because I have never seen anything like it. I did not mean to make it look like it was my own and I am sorry. If you would like let me know and I will take it down. :Chers:

The green in the headlights is awesome. :Ysnd:

Yeah, I'm over it. Just wasn't sure how people were getting it. NBD I suppose. As for the engine, well the car use to be silver. I took the engine block from a 99 Chrysler Cirrus. Stripped it bare, took a cylinder head from a 01 Dodge Caravan. I checked my crank and ensured it was within spec. I purchased stock dodge neon SRT 4 pistons and rods, replaced all main and thrust bearings, rod bearings, rod bolts, head bolts, put bigger cams, gasket matched my intake and exhaust ports, 3" exhaust, turbo from a Neon SRT, bigger intercooler, standalone engine computer (MegaSquirt) witha full tune, bigger injectors, fuel rail, fuel pump, a few other things. Pushes about 330whp and 372wtq.

Holy mega 4 cylinder power Batman!!!...that's an assload of HP and Torque for a little Neon!!!...I'll be that thing is a blast to ride now!!!

I like it when young people take pride and work on their own projects like you are...we did it with cars and motorcycles when I was coming up, and I still do it with motorcycles to this day...I guess I can add Gator mods to that too now....thanx for posting up your engine specs...that's real cool!!!
