Say your prayers, love your family, work hard and don't vote for Obama, and all will be good

Off topic but tell me about the wheel / tire set up you have. I demo'ed the other off road tire and it vibrated the rig so much on hard packed dirt that I opted for the turf tires as the dealer didn't have ones like yours but still was wondering how the ones you have work especially on hard packed dirt and even asphalt like where you have them parked. Since I ordered the turf tires I figured if they didn't have any traction I would just order a set like the ones you have. Most of my work in the field is on hard packed dirt and some asphalt so the turf tires are probably going to be ok but was just wondering how the ones you have ride. Also how low air pressure do you run?

Tires are Big Horn that JD offers along with there aluminum wheels, I run about 20lbs of air pressure, which works great in the North GA mountains. Aprox 50 % of the time Im on aspalt. The aggressive tread works great in mud and rocky terrains. i believe I made the best choice due to these facts. At 40 MPH I have expected road noise and very little vibration. I would highly recommend this setup. I hope this info is some help for you

Thanks for the info ThomasM. Happy to hear that you like the tire set up, I certainly like the looks. I'm going to try the turf tires for now as I mentioned its rather hard pack for me most of the time and I don't think I'll be needing max traction but will consider your wheel set if they don't work out. And yes its great to be retired with amply toys to keep busy with. Just so long as the Gov. doesn't steal all our $. Thanks again.
