JD dealer just notified me that my 825 Gator has arrived and will be prepped on Mon and delivered Tues am...Gonna make the weekend drag out no matter what I do to entertain myself. Probably put another coat of wax on my 990 tractor or something. Somehow I'll survive but its gonna be tough waiting.:BG:

You could spend a lot of time on the Internet looking at Gator accessories and all the money you can spend to personalize it. With the weather here in the DFW area in the 100's and will be 105 to 108 this week, that's what I'm going to do.

And just think, the 825i comes with Air Conditioning. It has a 45MPH Blower. It's called an Accelerator... lol

Hang in there pcbunn. I don't think my dealer prep'd anything. I ordered mine. It came in and he brought it to me the next day. I guess it they have to install a bunch of options then that would be the "prep". Hope you get it soon so we can hear all about your adventures.

I thought it was funny that I had to change the oil after 8 hours of use. I was back at the JD dealership getting oil and a filter within 4days of getting it. Enjoy! Congrats!

Its tues and I'm wondering where my Gator is. Was notified on Fri that it was at the Dealer, salesman emailed saying Monday wasn't working out and here it is Tues and am feeling like Santa has forgotten me. Hoping to hear from JD soon!!!

About 35 miles, I'll email the Salesman who also delivers them tonight to see whats happening! I assume they are waiting to deliver when they have mulitiple items going to this area rather than make a single delivery trip but I'll check it out. I want my toy NOW!!!

Hope you get it today pcbunn. Mine was on order and supposed to be delivered in 5-6 weeks. I got it in a little over 3 which made me really happy.

Just got delivered will post some pics asap. Great little machine. First thing I did was lower tire pressure to 12psi and backed off all the spring preload (the tool sucks but it worked removing the preload, I'm sure its a pita to increase it). I'm looking for a soft ride over my hard packed prairie, and it helped a little. Really got good service from the Santa Maria based Cal-Coast dealer. Threw in 3 qts of oil and new filter and believe it or not 3 new JD hats!, all different colors no less! WOW!

New 825I delivered Wed, 2pm. I got the cigars ready. Sweet little machine and am looking forward to many hrs running around in it. Today installed battery tender, adjusted seats as far back as they will go, lowered tire pressure to 12psi and backed off the spring preload to min amount. Will post pics asap. Great! Glad you got it. I received two hats. One green and one camo. Dealer said I had to have a camo since the Gator was. lol He also said I might let off the coil overs as he said the factory sets them at max. After he left I looked and they were in the middle so I left them there. I usually have extra weight in the back so I left them there. Happy Gator Day pcbunn!
