Ok guys I have had my HPX for about three weeks now and I am allready thinking of trading up to a new 825. I have been reading these posts daily and seen mostly possitive comments. Are they really worth it? What have you all been paying(any discounts).

I got a quote from the JD dealer nearest where I live and it was list price plus list price for the options. I called two others and got a little over $1k off plus he got me another $250 from somewhere and I had an AQHA discount of another $300.

I ended up 7% under list. I was looking for 10% but didn't quite make it. The dealer threw in some oil and filters as well as a couple of really spiffy hats.

:BG:You all are going to hate me but I got 22% off list on my 825i. They had a camo on the lot for awhile and I also bought a zero turn 920 at the same time, also 22% off list. Made the salesman day and mine also.

I never had a side by side before, looked at all that were out there and decided on the 825i, glad I did. I first started looking at the Mule's because I have and had several Kawasaki motorcycles over the years and never had any problem, plus I liked the dealer. This is one reason I looked at the Gator's, several had the Kawasaki engines in them which I personally liked and two friends have had Gator's for several years with good luck with them. I too started out looking at the HPX, then the 625i, and then purchased the 825i, main two reasons were, power and speed and what I got for the money. From the HPX to the 825i was less than $2500 especially with the $800 rebate in May, plus what discount the dealer gave me. I would tell others to just right down all the advantages that the 825i has over other Gator models and you will soon see why the 825I is the best bang for the buck.

Ok I couldn't take it anymore so today I traded my HPX for a new 825. Reading these posts is a bad influence. Now I just have to wait two weeks. I ended up getting about $1300 off list. So now it's a waiting game
