Ah yes, pile of oak limbs loaded up. Think I could have gotten a few more on there.

Like you guys I did the very same thing about three weeks ago, the coolest part was backing into my dump area and pressing the switch for auto dumpo! Makes life so much easier.

No auto dump here. I finally got the chain saw out after the tenth or so time of mowing and not being able to get under an oak on the west end. Out of sight out of mind till I mow over there. Well, this time I got the Gator and the saw.

Trailer works best for me so I can keep tools handy in the bed.

I thought since you had the front bush/bumper you had the dump.
Oh well it sure beats dragging the trees by hand

I was pretty sure I could get all the stuff I was going to cut in there that day. Then again as I am sure most of you know, when you start trimming up a tree (always looking up) and then look down, it's like where did all that come from?
pcbunn, I am looking for a small trailer like that for carrying fence posts, wire, and such. Like you said it leave the bed open for the tools. I will find a cheap one one of these days. I am trailer poor. I just had to renew the tags for 5 trailers!

In California you get trailer tags for life, no renewal fees. I've got five trailers myself, but only 3 have tags, the rest stay on the ranch. Once I had none, then it seemed like they fell from the sky. My problem is keeping the tires inflated!

Here it is a new tag every year per trailer based on what the trailer can carry. Used to be what the trailer weighed. Now based on total weight. Sucks. Figure roughly $500 a year for 5 trailers here.:Bnghd:

pcbunn,
Do you have any issues with the back of the gator hitting the side of the trailer on hard turns?

Fortunately none of my trailers will hit the rear lights or body work as the tongue is long enough. It will hit the tires however if I back up and cut too sharply. I was worried about it plenty until I tried them all, I have 5 but they either are low enough or the tongue is long enough. I use a straight double ball hitch too!

I think I could have gotten more on but for a first trip out of the rocky woods this was a good start. Considering that used to use my son's Radio Flyer wagon to haul wood this a vast improvement.
