Put my hand back on the 825 bed and the annoying rattle stops, put 20 lbs of weight and it stops but remove my hand or something heavy and back it comes. I've tried to tighten up the bed to frame by putting a layer of stick back fuzzy velcro on the rubber pads but not working. Any body else have this issue and how to stop it. Its damm annoying!

I have the same problem... annoying as he(( but i found if i raise the bed and then gently just barely latch it back down it fixes it... When i isolate the source and fix it for good i will let you know.

Duling, the source is the short plastic strip just behind the seats. It rubs on the bottom of the bed. A piece of duct tape along it's length should help.

Black duct tape worked for me! it was very annoying. however, once I got that squeak fixed, another one surfaced. this time I think it's the metal "j" latch that holds the bed down. I am spraying a bit of white grease on the latch for now. Hope this helps.
