Scrubbing sound?

Dont know if anyone else has had this problem, but there was a scrubbing sound that developed within the first 50 miles, my dealer said they have had to replace some belt covers that were rubbing the belt. They changed mine and it was ok for couple hours, now its back. Now i have 2 probems (1) the belt cover?, (2) another sound thats coming from underneath the floorboard.

Lift up the passenger seat and look where the driveshaft is and see if it is rubbing the plastic battery tray, If it is trim off the battery tray for clearance.

Dealer called and told me they replaced clutch and drive shaft and its good to go. i will see tomorrow.
