Hello all. I just found this forum and look forward to the information available, as i have many questions. I have owned a Rhino since 2004 and still love it, but can't stay away from the new gators. I ordered a 825i last Thursday with an expected delivery of 12/6/11.
Thanks to all for the information available here.

I did not even think of it as possibly being a 2012 model. JD had a rebate that was expiring on the 29th that was hard to pass. It would be really nice if it were a
'12. I'll find out.

Thanks for the welcome. It should be a 2011 model according to jd dealer. Camo, bighorns, roof and windshield, Lonngrange lights, brush and fender guards. Plan to get the extended warranty.
Looking for a good gun rack. Don't like the gun boots. I prefer Overhead or behind the cab. I have a Savant (strong made) on the rhino. Really love it. Hope to find something similar. I plan to do most of the service and maintenance myself. I want to install a winch ASAP. I look forward to all of the information here. Thanks again for the welcome.

Very early October.... two sales persons involved here....., first was told both camo and olive unavailable! Ends up A Camo was ordered mid october, then on my birthday (oct. 26th) an olive was ordered, the sales person not knowing the camo was already ordered, my sales person said not a problem I could buy both! I said ok! They said you really have a nice gift coming, and asked which one I preferred and I said the camo. One of them was to be in today and the other on the 28th. So far no word on which one came in if any today! I'm so ready! My deer season is almost over and thats ok, I used dads 6 wheel gator to get the deer out! Dad started out with the JD Trike! Downright good machines!

Wow our deer season here in Alabama is just getting started really. Bow season came in Oct 15 and gun season Nov 19 both run until Jan 31. Most county's are allowed two deer a day. Buck and doe or two does.
You will love your Gator once you get it. I hope to hall a few deer out tomorrow weather permitting.

There will be a night and day difference between the 825i and your Rhino! I had a 2007 rhino and i trade it in on my gator and holy cow!!! there was a difference!!! I love it!!
Be sure to post pictures!!

You guys are killing me. Talking about all the fun you are having on your xuv's. I have all my accessories sitting lonely in the garage anxiously awaiting the arrival of my 825i. Most all orders I read about were delivered early, but as usual I am an exception. Still waiting. One day after expected delivery, gatorless.:reye:

You mentioned you are looking for a overhead gunrack. I found one online that worked well for me. It's very good quality priced just under $100. bigskyracks.com. Have fun! 666667
