Harbor Frieght 2000 # electric winchs $49.99 #68146. Looks good. Have a crazy idea, of mounting it on a receiver, and hooking up a cigarette lighter or spotlight plug. So it can be removed . Further thought about plug. I think a trolling motor plug and receptical, would be better. Anybody esle got ideas on this?

I work on high amperage electrical equipment and I highly recommend using Anderson Plugs, also known as SB connectors.
