Turbocharge a 620I

I bought a small IHI rb 31 turbo and plan on trying in on the 620I this winter,not sure how the fuelinjected engine will take to a little boost,the map and Mass sensors may tell the computer to tell me know if so it may have to go to someone with a carberated engine or I might look for a diesel engine???
Any comments or suggestions ??
