Head light - warranty claim

I've got a 2011 gator 825i with 10 hours. A couple weekends ago during deer season, my dad and I went out after dark to pick up a deer, and when I turned the headligts on, one was not working.

After further inspection, the electrical connector that holds the bulb in the headlamp housing was broken (2 of the 3 tabs broke and it came out).

Was surprised that something as simple as this was broken - and was curious if anyone else has experience with other parts failing prematurely like this.

Some have had their front wheel come up and hit the wiring harness and the headlight socket, this could have happened to you.

I had this issue but the light wasn't installed properly in the socket and melted the holding bracket. Deere will replace no issues

I think you nailed it. I did have an incident where I had all four wheels in the air - and it landed hard.
