View Full Version : 2005 HPX " 4x4 not working on front"

Hi, The 4x4, front wheels, aren't engaging on my Gator. What should I check?
Any help is appreciated!

Fuse to start. switch, make sure you are stopped before engaging..

Fuse? Really, and which fuse operates your 4x4?:lol:

on the 825i the fuse in position #7 in the fuse block under the storage bin, under the hood operates the 4WD Relay. Should be a 15amp fuse. Hope this helps you my friend.

The 4X4 on the HPX Gators are manual engaging. Lever under the dash you pull out to engage, push in to disengage.

Hey that's one of the great advantages of this forum, I can learn new things everyday. I wasn't sure how the HPX 4x4 worked, now I know.

hey jimrody..............according to my manual and experience, you may need to adjust the linkage on the control lever/rod to front gear housing.............an upper ball joint and lower ball joint are accessible...........good luck
