AMT 600 Flywheel

How do I remove the flywheel on my AMT 600? Is the nut on the flywheel left hand or right hand thread? How do I prevent the flywheel from moving when removing the flywheel nut? THANKS!!!

I made a wooden jig that sat between a bunch of the fins on the flywheel, it is a backwards thread so to get it off you need to tighten it.
