Reminds me of a oversized power wheels. Is that a gun barrell on the inside of the bumper to the left of the driver side tire? Needs a suspension lift and it would be good to go. Wonder if that little feller has takin that thing off any sweet jumps.

I think that's part of his photon blaster system....or possibly intake to the hyperdrive system.... you can see the shot of his dash panel switchbank below:
