new 4x2 gator owner, bought a non-runner

i just picked up this 4x2 gator, looks like this

in what section would i post a technical question about it? Something appears to be wrong with the fuel pump or the way the tank is connected.. some of the fuel hoses coming off the fuel tank are not connected to anything, all that is connected now is the single line to the fuel pump. I can get fuel in the lines and carb using a vacuum hand pump, and will run for a few seconds, but wont pump fuel on its own. Do the other connections need to be connected to something? Or does it just need a new fuel pump?

I am a ne 4x2 owner too and I cant fint the forum for anything but new gators and the amt600 gators.

3 hoses go to the fuel pump. One goes to the carb, one goes to the tank and one goes to a vacum port on the engine. All 3 need to be hooked up for it to run.
