Trail Gator 1998

Hi All, Just bought a 1998 Trail Gator 6x4, at an auction, has absolutely no power, I did change the belt and it made a little difference, Is there a quick fix for this? or would I have to take to a shop?

If it runs correctley id pull the clutch apart and clean it up good wonder if the weights are sticking not letting the clutch fully engage
