It's interesting looking at your photos and notice how the construction of Gators has changed over the years.

Thanks for posting the pictures! I hope you give us some more.

Looking at the picture of the bed made me change my plans. I was planning on getting some rubber horse stall material this afternoon and making a mat for the bed with plans to buy the front floormats from John Deere. If I do, mine will be outside enough that moisture is destined to make it's way underneath the mats and cause it to rust.

My thinking now is moving more toward coating the floor board and bed both with DIY bedliner material.

I was debating on pulling the bed and having it rhino lined both inside the cargo area as well as under neither, it would not only help protect but also deaden some of the sound from the motor.

If it's anything like my experience (http://www.johndeeregatorforum.com/forum/showthread.php?12429-XUV-550-Sound-Insulation) trying to quieten my Gator it won't help with the sound.
