Hi I am fairly new to this forum and this is my first post. Has anyone built their own cab guard for an 825i? If so could you post some pictures? I am getting ready to order a new 825 and I am up in the air on whether or not to spend the $246 on the flimsy one that Deere offers or to build my own. I have some ideas on how I want to build it, but not 100% positive if I can mount it without having the machine to work with. I am going to be using the machine around the farm and for hauling firewood so I want something that is a little more robust than the Deere unit.
