I just picked up a 6x4. What years did they make the 6x4 vs. the TH 6x4?

Dealer told me mine is a 98 that was sold in 99.

If you give me the serial # I can check for you but the 6x4 was made I believe from 93-2004 and the TH6x4 from 2005 and up.
