620i Smoking bad and loss of power

Was driving 620I today and cab just filled with smoke and muffler just started to smoke white smoke. Total loss of power also. Went back to get tow and when I returned ran fine oil level a little high and milky.Sounds like head gasket are they know for that? Any other ideals on what it could be? Only has 320hrs.

Sounds like it but that's a pretty durable motor. Get that oil out right now because if it is anti freeze is not good on bearings

If you leave them idle much or just "toodle around", the gas does not seem to burn off, You may have gas in the crankcase. After you change the oil, check your plugs as well. I don't have a 620i, but my kawi engine in my 6x4 did that. Hopefully not a head gasket.
