Anyone have any problems with engine sputtering/cutting out when the engine is warm when giving it gas? Also, is it normal for these machines to use a little oil right after their break-in oil change? Dealer has it and says they are not sure what the problem is and had to contact headquarters. Machine is fun, but I am not sold on its reliability yet!:hdscrh:

Check to see if there is a fuel pressure test port and buy or borrow a fuel pressure gauge. Shouldn't be too hard to track this down. On later model cars like beginning about 2004 or so, fuel pressure was checked through the diagnostic port electronically. On earlier cars it was a schrader valve sort of thing where you simply connected a mechanical gauge.
Hope this helps get you started.

Maybe bad gas. Mine hasn't missed a beat yet.

drained fuel changed fuel filter, had plenty of pressure when disconnecting lines. Only does it when engine is warm. Has anybody taken this machine on a real ride yet (all day trail ride, up steep trails, 4wheeldrive, etc.)? Mine only does it when I really ride it like it designed to. Around the house just messing around it runs like a top:Cnfsd:
