Power lift problem

I recently purchased a new Gator TS. I own an older one and was going to put the power bed lift on the new one. The old one works fine on the old Gator but when I put it on the new Gator it will not work. I checked the power and there are 12 volts going to the power lift motor but it will not do anything. Any suggestions?

Check your relays and ground wire.
