XUV 625i Differential prob?

Hey everyone, I just brought home my new XUV 625i and im am having problems with what I think is the differential. Every now and again I put it in gear (high or low, 2wd or 4wd)and there is a grinding sound coming from the front end and the rear end and I can feel it pulling back. I think it may be the gear oil but Im not sure. If anyone can help me out or post the link to another thread with some answers that would be great.:dpe:

What makes you think it's the gear oil?

I'm wondering if the shift linkage needs adjusting. Are you stopped when you switch between 2 and 4wd, high and low? Whatever the cause if you just brought it home it's certainly under warranty.
