fuel line retainer at the filter

What kind of fuel line retainer is at the filter? Is it a common retainer like the Dormans used on Fords and Chevrolets?

Pretty sure its a Deere specific part but you may be able to find one if you look around at an auto parts store. They are prone to breaking when removed.
