The 250,000th backhoe loader rolled off the line at the Dubuque Works factory on March 1, 2013 during a special ceremony to mark the event. The model 310SK backhoe was purchased by NPL Construction Co.

If you've ever used a backhoe or trackhoe it really makes you wonder why anyone ever bothered to invent the shovel. Digging is much more fun with diesel power.
