GATOR GIRL:
I have never heard of the "quiet package". Did the dealer tell you about this? What year is your machine? I agree with CaptDan's question: "What part of the world are you from"? BUT, as you have chosen "GATOR GIRL", my bet is from Florida, and since you have a GATOR, I further locate you in the Panhandle of FL. Sometimes I watch too much SHERLOCK HOMES on TV!

Enjoy your GATOR. Come up to GEORGIA for some awesome riding areas.

There's a "Quiet Cab Kit" for the deluxe cab. I ordred mine with it, but since I havent tried a similar setup w/o the kit, I cant tell if it makes a diff.

there was a writeup on anther gator forum that put the package on after the purchase that claimed there was no noticable before and after diffrence so my opinion would be no, youd be better off with dynamat:Chers:

The quit kit works good for the diesel gator, but not the 825i so good. Also welcome aboard

Speaking of loud. Anyone try one of those Honda UTV's? Talking about loud while driving. Wow. Lots-o-rattles too.

Make yourself, or buy the floor mats. That will keep down some of the dust and fumes. I have the half windshield and you almost need a lot of air in to keep out the heat. The engine throws off a tremendous amount of heat, especially in the woods. And if you are riding in FL, you will not want the full cab.
