Battery location

I just purchased my RSX 850i several weeks ago. Where is the battery located and how to you get to it? Does the passenger seat flip forward like the driver's seat? If so where is the release to allow the passenger seat to flip forward? Also picked up oil for my first oil change and the dealer suggested I use 15 - 40w, he said 0 - 40w was break in oil only. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the passenger seat does flip forward. there is NO release. you just have to pull on it hard. it will come forward. and YES, the battery is under the passenger's seat.
