Yes it is all fiberglass and I did the the mold, painting and all, thanks for all the good comments.

How does the bass hit? Just glancing at it I would think your enclosure air volume would be on the low side especially if that's a normal sub.....where is the amp?

Dixiedog- The sub box is separated from the rest of the box, as far as the sub goes it calls for .60-1.0 cubic ft and I got .83 cubic ft. and the bass does really good I can hear the sub hitting from across the yard. The amp is hiding in the front of the box behind the switch bank.

I PM'd the original poster a few weeks ago about building one for me as well. Haven't heard anything yet? Must be taking the summer off! I may tackle something like this on my own. I plan on mainly listening to Sirius in mine, so a CD or DVD isn't necessary. I'm thinking of keeping it simple and relatively cheap, as water damage can happen pretty easily in these rigs, with the way we ride! No not taking the summer off I manage two buisnesses and that leaves very little time for anything other than my wife and daughter.
