XUV 620i Hour Meter Doesn't Increase Hours

I have a HPX (gas) and just bought a XUV 620i.
Both hour meters go through a "startup" cycle and display hours the exact same way.
But, the XUX hour meter does not increase the hours.

The hour meter does not seem broken.

Is this a simplehour meter replacement or something more complicated???
