Did you make the windshield yourself or have a "place" make it?

I would like a good but inexpensive 1/2 to 3/4 windshield for this winter.
If you make it at home, can you tell some more details?

I drew it out on auto-cad and we punched the lexan out at a fab shop I worked at. The hinges are aluminum hinges from mcmaster-carr. I mostly made it so I could have one that folded up for the hood and folded down also which I could not find, But as far as cost I really didn't save much if anything at all.
