I have an 825. I was riding on the trails in Kentucky and it shut off like someone turned the key off. It will not start back up. It turns over but will not fire. I have spark at the plugs. Don't know what else to check any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the spark plugs wet after turning it over? If not I'd pull a hose off and see if your fuel pump is putting out any volume. If you turn the key on but don't start it do you hear the fuel pump kick on for a few seconds and then shut off? Does it not hum at all? Does it hum continuously until you shut the ignition back off?

The basics are you need: spark, compression, and gas.

If you have spark at the plug, the next step is to look at gas.

Been busy this weekend. Will check for fuel in the morning. The fuel pump does run for a few seconds. But I will check for fuel tomorrow

ethanol in the fuel warps the plastic housing on the pressure regulator for the electric fuel pump located in the fuel tank. Happened to mine.

OK. I checked for fuel at the fuel filter and have plenty of fuel pressure. Is there a fuse or a safety switch I could check for?

I don't know if this is related or not, but some people have reported a fuse blowing while using 4WD that killed the Gator. If your unit still turns over, then it may not be the cause. However, I believe the fuses related to the system are located under the hood compartment. Remove the storage compartment insert and check those fuses.

Mine pumped fuel at the filter also, it blows back into the tank under pressure.

I checked all fuses and they are all good. Is there a way to see if the injectors are working?

I will have to look at the tech manual tonight to see what they recommend for troubleshooting the injectors.
