I have a recently acquired 2007 "TS" Gator that the gas gauge doesn't work. Once, when filling, I noticed the float off the gauge loose in the filler neck. How do I remove the gauge so I can re-attach the float? Can't find anything in the service manual about removal! ~~ Lowell
You can go to the JD website or an online retailer like Dowda Tractor (http://www.dowdatractor.com/OemParts#)and look up the parts diagram for your Gator. It can give you a clue to how it's assembled.

Thanks! Looked it up on jdparts, it just pulls out (finally). Got all the parts out of the tank, it had pulled loose from the top part. Glued it back together with PC7 epoxy & letting it set until cured. Then stick it back in the tank. Meantime, the hole is covered with good ole' duct tape! ~~ Lowell
