Running lights for a 550i

I am wanting to install 2 running lights in the empty spaces between the main headlights where the reflectors are and was wandering if anyone has done this. Would like to use red or green bulbs, just for show at night for my son. Give it the glaring gator eye look with it's own switch.

I had John Deere install mine. I like the green light idea. Look on "You Tube" you can find videos on installing lights.
