Hi,
I'm a first timer on the site. I have had a Gator TH 6x4 for almost 10 years now, and it's been great. I recently discovered that the end of one of the battery cables is very badly corroded, and I need to replace it. Can just the end be taken off, or do I need a whole new cable? And where does everyone get this type of part?
Thanks!!

Hi BR. Yes, just take the end off. Any auto or farm store should have new ends by the battery section. I've had my 6x4for two years now and love it.

Awesome. Thank you! I love the TH 6x4...very durable. It seemed like the cable end was pretty well crimped onto the cable. How would you get if off?

If there's enough slack just cut it off close, if not make a cut in the crimped section along its length and it should kind of peel off. Crimp the new one with, (obviously) a crimping tool. Not worth buying one, a pare of vice grips should do the job. Good luck.
