825i will not turn over

2011 825i will not crank. I have power to the starter and the battery is good. everything else works fine. Checked all the fuses and cannot find the problem. Any ideas??

theres 2 fuse panels under the dash the 2nd one is easiest to acces if you open the hood and pull the storage tray out, if you already checked the other panel i would guess the netural safety switch

Does the Deere starter have a solenoid? If you apply power to the starter and it does not do something then I would suggest the starter. If it does, it is likely power to the solenoid (ignition switch, fuse).
