how do you "rank up"

This forum has not have a "like" or "add to reputation" option like some vbulletin setups.

On some forums, you can "like" a post if you agree with whatever is being said. There is another option related to "reputation" where you click a post and the poster gets reputation points. This adds a dots below the avatar. The idea is that this helps to identify the trusted ones.
