Help on parking brake light.

My 620i seems to be having a problem with the parking brake light not turning off when brake is disengaged. Any ideas. Checked the brake cable connection and adjusted the brake up a bit but light does not want to go out. Anyone have a circuit diagram that I could take a look at or ideas?

Where is your brake switch located? I assume it's located at the base of the brake pedal arm and would be the first place I'd look.
