Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has figured out how to add more fuel to the injection pump. I'm a farmer and use it daily for spraying and haul a tool box full around all the time. Looking to add a lil more get up and go. Either turn the fuel up or maybe adjust the clutch or something?

So, what does "more get up and go" mean? Are you running out of power when working? Do you want faster acceleration? Higher top speed?

Tweaking the clutch will not give you more power but it can change where it engages and the rate at which it changes gears.

I would like to boost the acceleration to make it seem lower geared. Is this possible without losing the 32mph top speed?

im not sure what kinda $ u want to spend on the project but this would fit the bill http://www.wiedmannbros.com/Diesel-Turbo-Kit-for-the-John-Deere-Gator-XUV-855D_p_1273.html you could build It yourself though and save a bunch

Try driving your Gator with the bed off and cover to the CVT removed. When driving and accelerating have someone watch the clutches and see at what speed the front one stops closing and the back one stops opening. If either gets to the end of its travel significantly before reaching top speed there may be something you can do with the springs. Like for the driven clutch going to a stiffer spring to keep it in lower gear (open) longer but still let it get fully closed (high gear) within your engine's rpm range.
