Hello all,
I am currently modding my seat to attach to a pair of aluminum 2 inch diameter pipes.
Question: Is, the genuine JD seat is made up of a metal frame? I do see the 4 screw holes to attach the seat to a regular vehicle.
So, in other words, the seat will be subject to torsional load by having someone sitting in the seat with dynamic force (because the 6x4 gator will be driven in rough and uneven terrain) on the seat and it's attachment points.
I hope it will stand up for at least a week's worth of jobs.
